Due to our strong and continuous growth, we are expanding our branches with Workshop Managers.

Your Job

You are enthusiastic about the repair sector and a team player? Are you looking for a varied job with huge responsibility? Then the position of Workshop Manager is made for you!

As Workshop Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the workshop where the repairs take place. Together with the Workshop Team you will be responsible for impeccable quality and delivering a perfect service. You know what smart repair, cosmetic and traditional repairs entail and you can therefore manage damage flows.

Thanks to your experience in the repair sector and team management you can manage the repairs as efficiently as possible and can identify opportunities continuously to improve.

Your profile

• You can deal with changing circumstances easily and are always proactive.
• You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and take responsibility
• You are both hands-on and analytical
• You are no stranger to producing reports and drawing conclusions from them
• You can work in a targeted and result oriented fashion without losing the overview
• You are draw on extensive experience in a multi-brand repair environment
• You are familiar with applications like UBench, Informex, Planmanager
• You are a people manager and know how to motivate your team
• You can also keep calm at busy times
• You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
